100 calories a day can make all the difference between weight loss or progressive gain of the same weight. It is a given of the American Dietetic Association that is not hard to believe.
Most people who are overweight in the U.S. and the UK have earned their excess weight slowly over several years.
A weight gain of 1 kg per year may seem very little. Indeed, it is not much, however, a steady weight gain of 1 kg per year for 10 years into an accumulation of 10 kilos. What is already a serious weight gain that we can more easily exposed to chronic diseases . If you have a twenty year you can expect a gain of 30 pounds when you're 50 years old.
This is not a very nice trend. The cause of this weight gain is largely due to these additional 100 calories per day. It is obvious that it is easier to cut those 100 calories a day and it will prevent you from gaining too much weight over the years and having to use later sometimes drastic diets .
